• Implemented custom Active Directory (AD) login process to utilize TOTP 2FA for external for in field system access.

• Spearheaded the development of a department GIS. Developed internal web mapping applications using ArcGIS JS 3.x to provide access to sensitive GIS datasets.
• Developed custom ArcGIS Desktop toolboxes using R-ArcGIS Bridge and ArcPy. Used geocoding of address data and routing applications to perform reporting and analysis for the department.
• Managed software implementation projects including Avatar, EmLogis, and ParaPlan. Responsible for management, data quality control and documentation for the Avatar medical records system.
