• Implemented custom Active Directory (AD) login process to utilize TOTP 2FA.

• Spearheaded the development of a department GIS. Developed internal web mapping applications to provide access to sensitive GIS datasets.
• Managed software implementation projects including Avatar, EmLogis, and ParaPlan. Responsible for management, data quality control and documentation for the Avatar medical records system.
